The elders who knew these remedies have since passed away, but these are all proven methods, and I hope they can be of help to everyone. 1. **Acute or Chronic Otitis Media in Children**: Soak snake skin in small-milled sesame oil for 7 days, then use the oil to drip into the ears. It works very well. 2. **Infant Autumn Diarrhea**: Crush two walnuts, mix them with milk (use the same milk the infant drinks), and heat in a container over a flame until it turns yellow. Add a little water and continue heating until it thickens and turns yellow. Feed this to the child—it works in one dose, but it’s best to repeat a couple of times. 3. **Childhood Cold and Cough**: Fry an egg with small-milled sesame oil and honey, and feed it to the child. (My child doesn’t like eggs, so I just fried honey in small-milled sesame oil, and it worked just as well.) 4. **Warts (Verruca Vulgaris)**: Many people develop warts. Use rainwater collected from a rural stone mill (used for grinding grain) to wash the affected area during rain. It works in one application.
