My own blood pressure used to be 100/185 mmHg, but after taking this for a month, it returned to normal. The prescription includes: roasted Cassia seeds, hawthorn, and goji berries. These three herbs are available at Chinese medicine pharmacies. Use an appropriate amount of each, steep in water, and drink daily, replacing the herbs each day.
