When my son was about two years old, he developed otitis media, which was caused by water accidentally getting into his ear while I was washing his hair. The doctor told me that every time otitis media occurred, I should clean the ear and use a cotton swab to dry the pus inside. However, this only provided temporary relief. Once, on a whim, after cleaning his ear, I blew a bit of Yunnan Baiyao powder into it. After doing this 2 or 3 times, it was completely cured. It’s been many years now, and it has never recurred.
