Moist insects treat molluscum contagiosum, one thing conquers another!

Damp Insects Treat Molluscum Contagiosum: One Thing Conquers Another! Enthusiastic Netizen (Veteran on a Mission: qq358905614): Hello, Teacher Hu. I follow your space every day and have shared a lot of the knowledge you’ve posted. Today, I’d like to contribute a folk remedy: When my son was 4 years old, a few small red dots appeared on his back. At first, I didn’t pay much attention, but later they spread and covered his entire back. When we went to the hospital, the doctor said it was molluscum contagiosum, also known as water warts, and that it was contagious. The doctor suggested using tweezers to crush each wart one by one, followed by disinfection, to completely cure it. I agreed and decided to proceed with the treatment. However, after just three or four warts were crushed, my son was crying so loudly that the entire floor could hear him. I stood outside the treatment room, heartbroken, and couldn’t bear it any longer. I rushed in, picked up my son, and left the hospital in tears. What could I do? If left untreated, the warts would spread, but the treatment was unbearable for my child. Suddenly, I remembered that a retired dermatologist lived upstairs at my classmate’s house. I thought maybe she could offer a better solution. So, I took my son to see her. As soon as she saw his back, she confirmed it was molluscum contagiosum but said there was no need to crush each wart. She suggested, "Every day, catch a dozen damp insects, wash them clean, and then rub them directly on your son’s back." My son was treated this way, and within two days, we saw improvement. In just over a week, all the warts on his back were gone. Contributed by: Teacher Zhang Dongxia
