I have a remedy for curing tinea manuum (hand fungus) that I personally experienced and would like to share with everyone: First, wash your hands thoroughly, making sure not to use any hand creams or similar cosmetics. Then, apply Jie Er Yin lotion. If you can tolerate the pain, you can disinfect the affected area with alcohol beforehand for better results. Once you start using this method, the condition will stop spreading. After about a week, scabs will begin to form, and the skin will gradually soften. It’s crucial to persist with the treatment, applying it several times a day until the skin returns to normal. Even after recovery, continue using the remedy for another week to ensure complete healing. Additionally, disinfecting with alcohol before applying the lotion can speed up the healing process. It is primarily transmitted from tinea pedis (athlete's foot), with scratching the feet being a major contributing factor. Since hands are often exposed and the fingers are well-ventilated and dry, the incidence of tinea manuum is not as high as that of tinea pedis. Suffering from tinea manuum not only makes work inconvenient but can also cause intense itching and discomfort. It also poses hygiene concerns, as hands are essential tools for eating, potentially compromising food hygiene and creating conditions for "illness entering through the mouth." The pathogenic fungi causing tinea manuum are essentially the same as those causing tinea pedis. Generally, if you have tinea manuum, you should pay extra attention to hygiene, keep your hands clean, avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods, abstain from alcohol and smoking, and maintain a light diet. It’s also beneficial to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
