Here are a few effective remedies for coughs shared by kind-hearted individuals!

Winter is a season prone to coughing, and this applies to both healthy individuals and those in a sub-healthy state alike! Especially for children, who nowadays lack sufficient exercise, even a slight chill can easily lead to a cold and cough. While some may recover in as little as three to five days, others may suffer for one or two months without improvement, often requiring a significant amount of anti-inflammatory medication. As the saying goes, "All medicine is somewhat toxic," so it is preferable to address this ailment with physical therapy and dietary remedies. Below, I will share a few home remedies for treating colds and coughs, provided by enthusiastic friends, for everyone to benefit from! The remedies are as follows: 1. Take one white radish, cut it in half or shred it, then marinate it with honey for at least 12 hours. Afterward, drink the liquid and eat the radish. This remedy is indeed effective in curing the illness. 2. Take one raw egg and separate the egg white. Warm a cup with hot water and set it aside. Prepare boiling water, honey, and vinegar. Mix the egg white with boiling water, stirring continuously while adding water. Finally, add honey and vinegar. Drink the mixture while it is warm. The results are remarkably effective! 3. Mix one tablespoon of sesame oil, one tablespoon of rice vinegar, one tablespoon of honey, and the egg white from one egg in a bowl. Stir vigorously until well combined, then drink the mixture. Do not drink any water afterward and go straight to bed. This remedy is highly effective for relieving coughs and also helps with sore throats. If the cough is severe, this method is worth trying.
